Strength & Conditioning Class Structure
Our dynamic Strength and Conditioning sessions follow a proven, energizing format to drive maximum progress:

Class Brief: Coach outlines the workout, key movements, and technical focus points.

Warm-Up: Targeted mobility and heart-rate elevation to prepare your body.

Strength/Skill/Gymnastics: In-depth work on the day's focus—Olympic lifts (e.g., cleans), strength moves (e.g., squats), or gymnastics skills (e.g., handstands, pull-ups)—with expert coaching and personalized cues.

WOD (Workout of the Day): High-intensity circuit blending exercises to challenge conditioning, endurance, power, agility, and more.

Teen Girls
What are the Teen Girls classes?
A program specifically designed for teen girls aged 12-16

We hope to create an environment for girls to feel comfortable, learn about themselves and enjoy fitness in a positive way.
This is more than just a fitness program, we want a community built for them, somewhere for them to look forward to coming, somewhere safe and enjoyable. We will work within the community with local schools and charities. Create some memories out of the gym and build friendships.

Membership is all year..... not just the school term $25 per week
Monday and Wednesday 3:30pm- 4:30pm
This membership also allows the girls to attend the Saturday 8am class.
